Ivanhoe - Passive House
Completed in mid 2025, this project has been designed and constructed as a Certified Passive House.
The existing California Bungalow was removed and relocated to Malmsbury and given a new life by a new owner. The beautiful old building has traded city life with amazing country views.
Triple glazed windows from Logikhaus, Fantech MVHR, 140mm stud walls with bulk insulation, Pro Clima membranes both in and out will ensure this house meets the standards for PH certification.
The stunning dark timber cladding is a sustainably sourced pine called Accoya which is treated to never discolour making it and excellent choice for low maintenance.
